Starting in Noe Valley, this hike leads through some of its hilliest parts with iconic stairs and crosses over to the Castro neighborhood, to finally circle back to Dolores Park and Noe Valley.

Start on Elizabeth St at Sanchez St and hike up steep, steep Sanchez St. until Liberty St. Note the famous Frederick Roeber house at this intersection, and turn left onto Libery St until it hits Noe St. Turn right and follow down Noe St, continue until Cumberland St and make a right.

Cumberland first moves uphill, then levels out and stairs lead down eastward toward Dolores Park. Proceed down to Church and make a right. Continue uphill until the peak at 21st St, then downhill and back into Noe Valley.
